PR-DC at the 66th International Fair of Engineering and Technical Achievements
Today, the 66th International Fair of Engineering and Technical Achievements concluded in Belgrade at the Belgrade Fairgrounds. The innovative local company PR-DC also had its booth at this year's fair. After several international exhibitions in Asia and Europe, this was the company's first appearance on home soil this year.
This year, the domestic audience was introduced to the IKA 50 drone for the first time, which stands out as the largest product in our range. It has a payload capacity of up to 50 kilograms. Additionally, a new aircraft was showcased that allows for a significantly extended radio communication range. This drone functions like a satellite, supporting other drones and enabling radio communication over distances of more than 60, and up to 100 kilometers. This system greatly enhances the transmission of radio signals and commands, rounding out our offering.
„All our aircraft operate at altitudes above 6,000 meters, making them quite resistant to interference. Besides the new drones, the simulator – IKA Trainer – attracted the most attention. This virtual aircraft allowed visitors to train on an actual simulator, becoming familiar with drone control systems. Visitors had the opportunity to experience a virtual tour above the Sava River in Belgrade and enjoy flying the drone”, stated chief engineer and co-owner Miloš Petrašinović.
Many visitors showed interest in aviation mechanics and aeronautics, which gives hope for further development of these fields in Serbia.
